Fans are praising Nawazuddin Siddiqui for his humility after he was spotted on a Mumbai local train. On Tuesday, a fan posted a video on Instagram of the actor on a Mumbai local platform and subsequently sitting on a train. To avoid getting delayed in Mumbai traffic, the actor said that he was taking a train.

The actor was clad in a red t-shirt and black track pants in the video, with his face, completely obscured by a white mask, a cap, and a pair of sunglasses. “Nawazuddin Siddiqui at Mumbai local train seating opposite of me,” the Instagram user captioned the video.

“So that’s how he came to the interview,” a fan said after seeing the video of his train travel on Instagram. “Yes, he confirmed that on abp interview,” remarked another. Others admitted that recognising him with a mask was difficult, while one added, “no one else recognised him.” “Baap ka Bhai ka badla lene ja rahe hai covert hokar,” one joked, referencing to his famous line from Gangs of Wasseypur 2: “Baap ka Bhai ka badla lene ja rahe hai undercover hokar (he is going to take revenge for his father and brother by going undercover).”

Nawazuddin was most recently seen in Sudhir Mishra’s Serious Men, which is currently streaming on Netflix. In Heropanti 2, he will star alongside Tara Sutaria and Tiger Shroff and will be released on April 29.
