When tennis superstar Serena Williams was knocked out of the US Open 2022 in the third round against Australian Ajla Tomljanovic on Friday, September 2, 2022, she immediately made headlines. The defeat came only a day after her 2022 US Open doubles loss on Thursday and now it seems that it was her final appearance at the US Open in her career.
