Only Taylor Swift has ever occupied all ten spots in the Billboard Hot 100 chart’s Top 10. The top 10 songs on this week’s Hot 100 are all from Taylor Swift’s Midnights album, which was released on October 21, 2022. Swift surpasses Drake’s feat from the previous year, when he grabbed nine of the Top 10 spots on the Hot 100 list, with these figures.

Swift’s ninth career No. 1 single, Anti-Hero, sets the bar high for her on the Hot 100.

The top 10 songs on the Hot 100 are all from Taylor Swift’s latest album Midnights, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart on October 21 with the biggest week for any release in seven years.

With her monopoly of the top 10, Swift also surpasses Drake and The Beatles, who both dominated the top five for one week in 2021 and 1964, respectively, for the most Hot 100 titles from the top in a single week.

Swift now has 40 top 10s, which is more than Madonna’s 38, making her the female artist with the most in the history of the Hot 100. She comes in second only to Drake among all acts (59 top 10s).

Additionally, Midnights surpasses Drake’s Certified Lover Boy’s nine 2021 Hot 100 top 10s to become the first album in history with as many as 10 top 10s.

Using a conversational singing approach to present stories for after-hours that are motivated by self-loathing, fantasising about retaliation, and pondering what might have been, Swift focused Midnights on the cliché of the midnight confession.
