Bollywood actor Rhea Chakraborty, who is facing CBI, ED probes in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, shared a video on social media showing her father amid a crowd of TV reporters. In the video that appears to be shot from the window of her home, the actor’s father Indrajeet Chakraborty can be seen flocked by media personnel as he enters the house.
Sharing the video on Instagram, Rhea wrote, “This is inside my building compound, The man in this video is my father Indrajit Chakraborty ( retd . army officer ). We have been trying to get out of our house to cooperate with ED (Enforcement Directorate), CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) and various investigation authorities to cooperate.”

She said that there was a threat to her and family’s life, adding that the local police did not help even after receiving complaints.
“We have informed the local police station and even gone there , no help provided . We have informed the investigation authorities to help us get to them , no help arrived. How is this family going to live?”
Asking for assistance in order to cooperate with the various agencies probing Sushant’s death case, the ‘Jalebi’ actor said, “I request @mumbaipolice to please provide protection so that we can cooperate with these investigation agencies.”
“In covid times , these basic law and order restrictions need to be provided,” the 28-year-old added.

Rhea’s father Indrajeet Chakraborty was on Thursday summoned by the Enforcement Directorate, who are probing the money laundering angle that accuses the family, pertaining to Rajput’s case.
At present, three agencies– the CBI, the ED and the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) are probing the case from different angles. While the CBI and the ED were investigating already, the NCB joined in and booked Rhea after getting information about her possible connection with drug dealing.
