Due to fan suggestions made during the programs airing on Wednesday and Thursday, Craig has become the front-runner to be named Schofield’s long-term replacement. Prior to his time on the couch, Craig expressed his appreciation for the program and offered a strong reply to claims that working on This Morning is toxic.

He said, “Delighted to join the wonderful Holly on the sofa later this week. The show has been a joy to work on with one of the hardest working & talented teams I know.”

Prior to Alison Hammond, Josie Gibson, and Mollie King, Craig co-hosted the show. Fans have commended his effortless presenting style and are frequently surprised to learn that he is actually 52 years old.

Outside of the couch, Craig and his wife Doon are a happy married couple. Quin, Muireann, Milo, and Elsa are the names of their four children, who were born after their 2001 wedding.

Craig’s wife stays out of the spotlight because his social media platforms are mostly used for his business endeavors. This week, when his kids were taking crucial examinations, Craig disclosed on broadcast that his family still resides in Ireland.
