Nathan Apodaca, also known as Doggface, the Fleetwood Mac “Dreams” skateboarder, was arrested at his Idaho home because of possessing marijuana. A state trooper stopped a red Chevy Silverado Doggface was driving because of an expired registration tag. When he walked up to the truck, the officer said he smelled marijuana, according to a TMZ report.
The officer said he found edibles in the glove box while Apodaca was searching for his registration, and that’s when the officer asked him to get out of the car.
According to Idaho State Police, he admitted there was weed in the car. The officer says he searched the car and found three packages of THC gummies and a marijuana dab scrapping tool with a sticky residue.
Avodaca, known as Doggface on social media, was arrested and booked on two misdemeanors – for possessing a pot and drug paraphernalia. He was booked and arrested the same day on a $600 bond.
However, the TikTok star said officers failed to read his Miranda rights. Initially, when officers noticed weed, they said they were only going to write a ticket. Then they found a gun and arrested him saying Apodaca had a felony on his record and was not allowed to possess a firearm. Nathan said he does not have a felony against him. “I was held in jail for several hours without bond before they told me they make a huge mistake,” Nathan said, according to a TMZ report.
