Actor Karan Mehra is one of the popular names of Indian small screen. However, the actor has been arrested after his wife and TV actor Nisha Rawal have filed a complaint against him in Goregaon police station.
Nisha filed a complaint last night following a brawl and according to the Mumbai Police, a case has been registered, reports ANI.
Karan rose to fame after playing the role of Naitik Singhania in %u2018Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai%u2019. He continued to play the character for nearly seven-and-a-half years until June 2016.

Along with this, he also participated in the dance reality shows %u2018Nach Baliye 5%u2019 and %u2018Nach Baliye Shriman v/s Shrimati%u2019 with Nisha in 2012%u201313.
Karan and Nisha tied the knot in 2012 after dating for six years.
In October 2016, Karan entered the %u2018Bigg Boss%u2019 house as a contestant with his co-star Rohan Mehra. This is the time Nisha announced that he is pregnant. The couple had a son in 2017.

Karan then did a short stint in %u2018Khatmal E Ishq%u2019 as Sumit Mishra.
In October 2020, Mehra started shooting for a Punjabi soap %u2018Mawaan Thandiyan Chawan%u2019 in Chandigarh.
