Who is Stromzy?
Stromzy was born on July 26, 1993, in Croydon, London to father Michael Omari Sr and mother Abigail Owuo. His father was a taxi driver His parents named him Michael Ebenezer Kwadjo Omari Owuo Jr. He is a cousin to famous rapper Nadia Rose.

He was raised in South Norwood, London, by his single mother, Abigail Owuo, who is a Ghanaian with his siblings; a brother and two sisters. He started to rap at 11 and would clash with older rappers at his local youth club.
The 29-year-old rapper started performing at youth clubs during the emergence of the UK grime scene. His Wicked Skegman series of freestyle YouTube videos started to gain public attention, enhancing his own spin on the ever-growing genre.
