Julián Figueroa, 27, was discovered dead at his Mexico City home. He was the only child of actress Maribel Guardia and singer Joan Sebastian. The passing of Julián Figueroa has left many of his fans feeling incredibly heartbroken.

Cause of death: 

Julián Figueroa’s cause of death was determined to be acute myocardial infarction and ventricular fibrillation because there were no indications or traces of violence.

Maribel Guardia, Julián Figueroa’s mother, has been greatly affected by his passing. She shared a moving message mourning the loss of her beloved child on her personal Instagram account. Maribel said, “I’m sorry to have to report the departure of my beloved son Julián Figueroa, who unfortunately was ahead of us in this plan. He was found unresponsive in his room tonight while I was in the theater.”

Maribel also gave information about her son’s funeral, which she said would be held in private for his closest friends and family. His mother said, “I pray for understanding for the deep pain we are going through,” in reference to Julián Figueroa’s passing. She continued, “I would like to talk to all the people who are trying to communicate, but I really don’t have the strength to do so yet.”
