The 2021 edition of the WWE Crown Jewel is currently taking
place in Mohammed Abdu Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The pay-per-view features
the main event for the WWE Universal Title along with Crown ever with other matches.

The event has so far recorded a plethora of reactions on
social media.

The inaugural Queen’s Crown Tournament excited the viewers yet
also left many disgruntled.

The host of WWE Off The Script Podcast, Jerry D’Erasmo
said, “How this match could even be considered for A WRESTLING SHOW PERIOD is
just AWFUL. Zelina Vega won the most embarrassing Tournament in the history of
WWE. Goes to show you what they think of her. I hope we never see another
Queens again #WWECrownJewel”

A user holding contracting opinion tweeted, “Queens
Crown…It was a good tournament. While many ppl and journalists have shitted
on the match times, it was a good tournament and I hope it becomes an annual
event..#WWECrownJewel”

Another person said, “The entire Queens Crown tournament has
been 12 total minutes. Thank you for creating women’s wrestling @StephMcMahon ?”

The 22nd edition of the King of the Tournament was won by Austin Creed, known by his stage name Xavier Woods.

Reacting to the match, a user tweeted, “Xavier Woods winning
King of the Ring was an amazing feel-good moment. Nobody wanted this more than
Woods. I am so happy for him.”

Another said, “A black WWE champion, a black king of the
ring, an Afro Latina queen of the ring.”

Fans congratulated tag team New Day’s members on their
individual success.

“New Day is now the most decorated Tag Team in the business.

user remarked.

WWE Crown Jewel 2021 marks the first event hosted outside
the United States since the previous Saudi Arabian event, Super ShowDown in February 2020, due to the COVID-19
pandemic.
