Young Thug, the renowned rapper, took to social media on Thursday to confirm the release of his upcoming album titled “Business Is Business.”

Despite being incarcerated, he announced that the album is set to drop on Thursday night, exciting fans and creating anticipation within the music community.

However, several fans questioned rapper Gunna’s whereabouts in the album, as it makes a big question mark on their association. 

The dramatic black-and-white cover art for the album “Business Is Business” shows Young Thug seated in a courtroom with his co-defendants at his side. The Atlanta-born rapper’s first full-length release since “Punk” in 2021 is this much-awaited album. In addition, it marks his first effort after being detained on RICO charges alongside fellow rapper Gunna and countless others as part of a huge gang indictment.

Several fans have reacted to the announcement by asking about Gunna’s presence in the album. However, no more information has been disclosed as of now.

One user wrote, “No gunna feature, The end of an era😪”

“The last time Gunna wasn’t featured on a Young Thug album was in 2017… Free YSL man,” another user tweeted.

Many fans anticipated a beef between the two rappers. One user tweeted, “Wait idk but did gunna snitch on young thug? I never understood the gunna snitching thing.”

Drake, 21 Savage, Coi Leray, and other well-known musicians all supported Young Thug’s album “Business Is Business” in a big way. By posting the album’s mysterious countdown on their various social media channels a few days before the formal announcement, these musicians contributed to building anticipation for the album’s release.

On the other hand, Gunna has also made a big comeback to the music industry with the release of his most recent album, “A Gift & a Curse.” Gunna was previously detained alongside Young Thug on RICO allegations. Since his imprisonment and subsequent release from jail in December, Gunna has only released this album.
