Formula 1 has made some changes to its 2021 calendar as the Brazilian Grand Prix, which will be held in Sao Paulo, is being postponed by a week. The events set for November, 5, 6 and 7, will now take place on 12, 13 and 14 of the same month.

This change in the calendar is because organisers need to accommodate a race to replace the cancelled Australian GP, as well as circumvent issues with travel restrictions.

The Australian race, which was originally scheduled to be held at Albert Park on November 21, was cancelled due to COVID restrictions in the country.

Formula 1 will also debut in the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix this yea and it will end with the Abu Dhabi GP on December 12.
