The Delhi Government announced on late Sunday that the opening of gyms and yoga institutes are permitted, subject to strict compliance of SOP, with immediate effect. However, the same institutions will continue to remain closed in containment zones.
“One weekly market per day per zone in all 3 Municipal Corporations/NDMC/Delhi Cantonment Board allowed from 14-30 Sept (except containment zones),” ANI tweeted quoting Delhi Government.

The Centre, towards the end of August, announced guidelines for Unlock 4 that saw many things reopening, albeit the ones in containment zones remained closed.
Metro services resumed in the national capital on September 7, in a graded manner. The Delhi metro has seen quite a number of travellers since the metro resumed its services.
According to the new guidelines that was released, class 9 to 12 students may be permitted to visit their schools in areas outside the containment zones only for taking guidance from their teachers. This will be subject to written consent of their parents/ guardians.

Social functions and other congregations with a limit of 100 people are allowed from September 21. The new guidelines stated that schools, colleges, swimming pools and indoor theatres will remain closed.
