Kantara had another successful weekend at the Indian box office, earning about Rs 32 crore. The decline from the third weekend was only 17 percent and the film now enters the Diwali holiday period on weekdays which will further help the increase in collections.

Kantara, a film by Rishab Shetty, was released in theaters on September 30. The movie earned excellent reviews, which also contributed to its success at the Karnataka box office. The movie is currently receiving attention for all the right reasons once more. Not only has it made a huge box office collection but also has surpassed all other Indian films in IMDb ratings.
The film has been written and directed by Rishab Shetty and it is an action-thriller produced by Vijay Kiragandur.

Before the conclusion of the fourth week, the movie’s total box office receipts in India will have surpassed the 200 crore rupee threshold. The film has also earned an additional Rs 18 crores ($2.20 million) overseas, bringing its total box office receipts to about Rs 188 crores, surpassing KGF Chapter 1 to become the second-highest-grossing movie of all time.
The movie will reach its double-century mark today.

The traditional culture of Kambla and Buta Kola is explored in the historical action thriller film Kantara. In the movie, Rishab portrays two different roles. Kishore, Achyuth Kumar, Sapthami Gowda, and Pramod Shetty are also a part of the cast. Kantara has so far made close to Rs 58 crore in Karnataka. A Malayalam-dubbed version of the film also premiered on October 21.
