In his national address, PM Modi announced centralised vaccination drive and said that state governments will not have to spend any amount now on COVID vaccines.

PM Modi added that this arrangement will be implemented in the coming 2 weeks. Also, central government will provide free vaccines to states for all above the age of 18 years starting from June 21.
