You feel fatigued

Miss your workday and night? You are not alone! Getting your mind off from the work becomes hard if you spend most of the time working. Relax and do something else for some time. Try to pursue hobbies that excite you and make you forget about your professional life. 

You get socially isolated

Staying at home for so long can leave you alone and disconnected to everyone. Get yourself together, stay away from your work for a weekend and spend time with friends and family. It is important to stay in touch with your loved ones, particularly during the pandemic.
