Street food stalls in India are like hidden gems. If you find the right ones, there is no meal at a five-star restaurant that can beat that. That is why they attract so many people to them. What makes these streetfood stalls special are the people behind them and their untamed talent. Be it the quirky way of selling ice cream that had gone viral on the internet a few days back or the quintessential way of making sweets in old shops, they can truly win our hearts with their unique talents.

The better these streetfood stalls are, the more people it attracts. These people then have to be served with minimum staff. That requires some superpower.

A demonstration of such a superpower could be seen at Shree Bajali Dosa at South Mumbai’s Mangaldas Market. In a video uploaded on Facebook that went viral, a man at this shop is seen making dosas with panache.

However, once the dosas are made, he flips the dosas into the air from the skillet such that they land straight on the plate of the customers.

Netizens are going gaga over the man’s skill. The video has already got 84 million views and more than 1.3 million ‘likes’. Many people had also commented under the post how impressed they were with him.
