Model-actor Malaika Arora, known for her fitness, is huge advocate of yoga and healthy food. She often shares videos of her performing yoga with her followers. Malaika recently shared a video of herself performing a yoga asana to help reduce belly fat. In the video, actor can be seen following the instructions of her mentor. 

Her trainer can be heard asking her to maintain her body in a plank position and she can be seen bringing her left leg close to the chest. Malaika repeated the particular asana five times.

Reducing belly fat can be tough if it’s not kept in check with a proper routine. However, the exercise shared by the fitness enthusiast actor will help you stay focused. For Malaika, keeping her body and mind healthy has always been her priority. The 47-year-old actor often share tips on yoga on social media and also runs a yoga studio named ‘Diva Yoga’.

The actor was last year infected with COVID-19 and after the recovery she shared how she tried to perform yoga even in isolation. She had told a health website, “I did a little bit of yoga or breathing exercises are good. I also tried to religiously sit in the sun every morning for 40 minutes, and that really helped.” 

She was last seen as a judge on the reality show India’s Best Dancer and has judged several TV shows in the past. Malaika Arora rose to fame after her dance moves in the song ‘Chhaiya Chhaiya’ with Bollywood King Khan Shah Rukh Khan on top of a train.
