CCTV footage has gone viral on social media, which shows the moment an out-of-control motorcycle crashed into a clothing store in Telangana on Monday, November 8, 2021.

As the vehicle barrelled into the shop, customers were seen scrambling to get out of the way of the vehicle. The rider was hurled over the counter and the vehicle crashed into the counter.

Four people can be seen chatting inside the clothing store. Within a moment, the out-of-control high-speed motorcycle enters the shop, making its way straight towards the group. Fortunately, the group managed to get out of the motorcycle’s way before it crashed to a halt. The rider was thrown over the counter by the force of the crash. He managed to get up right afterward, without facing any major injuries.

The customers also managed to escape with any injuries. The incident occurred at Raavichettu Bazaar in Telangana’s Khammam district on Monday, November 8, 2021, at around 8.30 pm.

Carefully listening to the audio on the CCTV footage suggests that the accident happened due to the failure of the vehicle’s brakes. When the rider was asked what happened, he apologetically replied that the brakes had failed. Police have seized the motorcycle and an investigation has been launched into the incident.

Last month in Hyderabad, a youngster on a BMW bike without a helmet was killed and his brother who was riding it was severely injured after their bike crashed into a car after taking a –turn.

High speeding by the bike was the cause of the accident. The rider survived the accident as he was wearing a helmet but the pillion-rider was without a helmet said police.

In October only, in Delhi, a college student and his friend died as they fell off from the elevated road of IFFCO chowk U-turn flyover after their motorcycle lost balance and crashed into the flyover re-wall. The victims were tossed in the air and fell on the surface road beneath from a height of at least 20 feet.
