Derrick Henry, running back for the Tennessee Titans, rushed through the Green Bay Packers’ defense to score a touchdown just before half-time on Thursday night. The two sides locked horns at the Lambeau Field.

Tennessee led Green Bay 14-6 at half-time.

While King Henry, as the RB is called, gave Aaron Rodgers and co a hard time through the first two quarters, Tennessee had to take a timeout to give the 28-year-old enough time to tie his shoelace.

In the second quarter of the Week 11 Thursday Night match-up, Derrick Henry needed to tie his shoelace. The RB took too long and in order to give the star player some time, Titans coach Mike Vrabel called for a timeout.

This was surprising for most as taking a timeout for tying shoe lace is not a known thing in the league. But considering the impact that Henry has on the game, it can be rather justified why the head coach decided to do so.

One of the fans had an instant comedic reaction to seeing the event happening. He tweeted, ” He’s got a great ass.”

Another Twitter user asked the reason for Henry wearing two sets of gloves.

The temperature at which the Green Bay Packers are playing against the Tennessee Titans is very low and the recorded temperature was -5 degrees celsius. Most of the players are wearing two sets of gloves along with facemasks and full sleeves so as to cover themselves from the cold weather.

Earlier on in the game, King Henry rushed past the Packers’ defense for his 10th TD of the season. He had an off Week 10 where he couldn’t score but had two consecutive weeks before that where he rushed for two TDs each in the games played.

The Titans lead 20-9 with three minutes remaining in the third quarter.
