Allen Lazard scored a touchdown for the Green Bay Packers against the New York Giants as his side led 10-3 at the end of the first quarter. The Packers and Giants play at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London in Week 5.

The TD happened in the first quarter as the Packers were in 2nd and goal position and he caught a four-yard pass from QB Rodgers.

After scoring, he did a now-famous Erling Haaland-Lotus pose, which the Manchester City winger often uses after he scores a goal. Haaland’s famous goal celebration sees him sit on the pitch, cross his legs, touch his thumbs to his fingers and close his eyes, as if in meditation or in a yoga pose.

The goal celebration has now become as famous as the ‘Sii’ celebration from Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo among various other athletes.

Lazard was also seen warming up with football before the game began.

This is the player’s fourth game of the season. He missed the team’s opening week game versus the Minnesota Vikings, which the team lost 23-7, as he was dealing with an ankle injury.

Lazard has two receptions for nine yards so far in the game.

The 26-year-old was undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft but was picked up by the Jacksonville Jaguars on April 30, 2018. He was later waived by the team.

Green Bay signed the Iowa-born athlete prior to the beginning of the 2019 season, finishing his first full season with 35 receptions for 477 receiving yards and three receiving touchdowns, while also adding one rushing attempt for 21 yards.

 He along with fellow team quarterback, Aaron Rodgers were fined $14,650 last season for violating NFL’s COVID-19 protocols.
