Argentine striker Sergio Aguero will lead the line as Manchester City look to seal their fifth Premier League title, and a third in  four years, against visitors Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.

The league leaders have made a total of nine changes since the 2-0 win over Paris Saint-Germain, with Nathan Ake, Joao Cancelo, Aymeric Laporte, Benjamin Mendy, Rodrigo, Ferran Torres, Gabriel Jesus and Aguero coming into the side.

Meanwhile, Chelsea made four changes from their win over Real Madrid, with Jorginho, Mason Mount, Ben Chilwell and Kai Havertz being replaced by Billy Gilmour, Christian Pulisic, Hakim Ziyech and Marcos Alonso.

Here are the confirmed starting XIs for both teams:

With four games left in the season, City are just one win away from being crowned champions, while Chelsea, in fourth, are involved in a heated race for the top four spots and have a chance to pull clear of the chasing pack.

Additionally, tonight’s clash will also make for a virtual preview of the Champions League final on May 30.

The two sides have faced each other twice already this season, with Chelsea booking consecutive FA Cup final appearances with a 1-0 win in the semis last month, after City won 3-1 at the Stamford Bridge in January.

Having taken over from Frank Lampard in January, Tuchel has transformed a porous Chelsea side into a disciplined, effective unit, with the Blues now favourties to seal a top-four spot ahead of chasers West Ham, Tottenham and Liverpool.

Chelsea also brushed off record European champions Real Madrid in the semi-finals in emphatic style to book their first first Champions League final appearance since 2012.

However, Tuchel’s record against Guardiola do not make for encouraging stats for Chelsea, with the Spaniard having lost only once against his German opponent in six encounters – the FA Cup semi-final loss in April.

Tuchel has drawn one, and lost the other four encounters agaist Guardiola, who is gunning for his ninth career league title and his third Champions League crown this season.
