The NBA-All Star 2023 broadcasters were trolled on Sunday for interviewing Luka Doncic mid-game.

“Get Luka off the mic man,” a Twitter user said.

“Trying to talk to Luka while a half asses game is going on isn’t going very well,” a second one said.

“Luka micd up with the commentators while playing? Lmao NBA man,” a user said.

“Luka doing cardio micd up and just getting gassed is the funniest thing I’ve seen this weekend,” another user wrote.

“Luka Doncic is the saddest excuse for an NBA all star I’ve ever seen, why he’s in this game is beyond me, its for charity, all his worthless ass has done the whole game is walk, I mean damn bro if you don’t wanna be out there go home!!! Worst all-star game I’ve ever seen,” another user said.

“Luka doncic is the laziest player of all time , yes its a exhibition game but he doesn’t even go past half-court on offense just stands there,” a Twitter user said.

LeBron James has repeatedly said that Doncic is his favorite -25 played in the NBA. He has been admired for his poise, shotmaking, playmaking, and clutch abilities. The Slovenian basketball star has received the nickname “Luka Legend” and “Luka Magic.” Tonight, James gave him another nickname that will stick with Doncic for the rest of his career. Basketball fans will not easily forget “Hookah Doncic”.

The moniker was in reference to viral photos of Doncic drinking beer and smoking hookahs in last year’s playoffs. However, Dallas Mavericks officials insisted it was an old photo.

Back in the 2021 offseason, the Slovenian star became eligible to sign a massive rookie extension, which he did. He signed a $207 million deal to stay in Dallas for five more years. This deal began to kick in this season, making him earn up to $37 million for the 2022-23 campaign.
