New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers has invested $9.5 million in a gorgeous house to establish himself in New Jersey.

As he gears up for his debut season for the New York Jets, sources tell DailyMail.com that Aaron, 39, purchased an eight-bedroom, ten-bathroom property this summer.

Property records show that the house sold at the end of June for $9,500,000, which is only a small portion of the former Green Bay Packer’s $75,000,000 contract with the Jets.

The house has panoramic views of the New York City skyline and is located in Montclair, New Jersey, about 20 minutes by car from MetLife stadium. The house is described as “absolute perfection” in the listing for it.

According to records, the house, which had a $11 million price tag initially, was sold at the end of June. The “stunning and immaculate” estate is referred to as an “ultra-private architectural masterpiece” and has a gourmet kitchen, cinema room, wine cellar, and 3-car garage.

Since moving to the East Coast in April, Aaron has been settling in nicely. In May, he was spotted having fun in the VIP section for Taylor Swift’s “Eras Tour” performance at his new stadium.

The football player was also seen window shopping with companions in Manhattan and stopped at John Varvatos, a men’s boutique store in the NoHo district.

Aaron told the Jets on Tuesday that their collaboration will last for a few years. The 39-year-old seems to have no intention of retiring from the sport anytime soon. ‘I’d love to play as long as I can, as long as it’s fun, as long as my body feels good, as long as they want me,’ he said.
