Joe Burrow threw for three interceptions in the first quarter of the Sunday Night game between Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers at the Paul Brown Stadium. The Bengals quarterback, however, managed to throw for a touchdown and two-point conversion in the 2nd.

The Steelers led Cincinnati 17-14 in the third quarter.
In the first four drives, Burrow had two interceptions and one lost fumble. He finished the first half with four turnovers. He had three interceptions and a 46.8 passer rating in the period.
Burrow in the fourth quarter recorded a fourth turnover, taking his count to five.

The 25-year-old, however, hit Pittsburgh native Tyler Boyd for the Bengals first TD after a 9-play, 46-yard drive. The QB then threw to Thomas and made it a 17-14 game with 4:41 left.

Cincinnati started its first drive of the season at its own 22-yard line. Burrow looked deep to Tyler Boyd down the right sideline. Instead, he found Pittsburgh’s Minkah Fitzpatrick.
Fitzpatrick intrcepted the pass and then returned it 31 yards to the endzone. Steelers had a 7-0 lead. With the score, the safety became the fourth player in NFL history to record a pick-6 in four of his first five NFL seasons. Nate Clements, Ken Houston and Deion Jone are the others, according to the NFL.

“joe burrow’s been sacked so many times his bones are gonna be jello by week 3,” another one tweeted.

“I never wanna see y’all say Joe Burrow is better then Lamar Jackson ever again it’s so disrespectful,” a third one said.
In September, 2019 against the Chicago Bears, Burrow recorded two touchdowns, three interceptions and was sacked five times. He had a QBR rating of 18.1.
