The 2022 NFL season began with a bang as the Buffalo Bills defeated the reigning Super Bowl Champions, Los Angeles Rams in the first clash of the season. Bills won the match 31-10.

1) Patrick Mahomes (QB, Kansas City Chiefs): – The 2018 NFL MVP was sensational in the team’s Week 1 road match against a promising Arizona Cardinals. Mahomes threw for 5 TDs and threw for 360 yards as he completed 30 out of 39 passes for the game and did not miss his favored wide receiver Tyreek Hill, who switched teams to join the Miami Dolphins in the past off-season.

2) Josh Allen (QB, Buffalo Bills): – Josh Allen led the Buffalo Bills to a commanding victory in the season-opening clash against the Rams. In the game, he threw for 297 yards and completed 26 out of 31 passes to end the game with three TDs but also threw 2 interceptions.

3) Jalen Hurts (QB, Philadelphia Eagles): – In a very close game played at Ford Field, the Eagles defeated the Detroit Lions 38-35 to begin their new season with a victory. In the game, Hurts had one rushing TD and more importantly did not throw an interception. He ended the game with 18/32 for 243 yards.
