Kansas City Chiefs stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce opened the 2023 NFL Draft on Thursday. The two players came on the stage carrying the Super Bowl trophy and danced around.

Meanwhile, Bryce Young sealed the first pick of the draft. He was picked by the Carolina Panthers. CJ Stroud was the No 2 overall pick. He went to the Houston Texans.

Fans were elated to see Mahomes and Kelce on stage.

“Having Mahomes and Kelce roll up with the Lombardi trophy is such a power move,” a Twitter user said.

“Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce hauling the Lombardi Trophy into the NFL Draft is the next stage in them living their best lives,” another one added.

“It was a lot of fun to see Mahomes and Kelce sprinkle some celebratory salt on the rest of the NFL,” a third one tweeted.
