This is Tampa’s third and Fournette’s second rushing TD of the current season. The Buccs have been struggling to score points this season and have only rushed for 451 yards prior to this game. At the end of the first quarter, Tampa outplayed the Ravens, recording 102 yards to Baltimore’s 39.

Quarterback Tom Brady passed for over 100 yards in the first quarter itself, making it the first time that the player has achieved this feat since Week 13 of the past NFL season.

That week, his team faced their divisional rivals Atlanta Falcons and the player was sensational in that game, scoring four TDs for 368 yards for a 17-30 away win.

The team has been struggling so far this season, losing their past games in an ugly manner. They were first defeated by the Pittsburgh Steelers in a very close 20-18 game. Next week, they were handed their worst defeat of the year, suffering a blowout loss to the lowly Carolina Panthers, 21-3. This defeat led to many fans wondering whether Brady is done playing his best games or if will be able to bounce back or not.

Fournette carried the ball eight times for just 19 yards against the Panthers. But scoring his first TD since Week 5, helped the team to get an early 10-3 lead in the current game.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers are first in NFC South, tied with the Falcons for a 3-4 record.
