A video of Chris Gayle, West Indies and Punjab Kings (PBKS) batsman, known for his love for Bollywood, was posted on social media handle of PBKS, where in he was seen enacting the iconic “Mogambo Khush Hua” dialogue from the 1987 film ‘Mr India’. In the film, actor Amrish Puri played the character Mogambo and is a hit among the fans even today.

PBKS took to their Instagram page to share the video, and the caption read, “Mogambo bohot khush hua. #SaddaPunjab #PunjabKings #IPL2021 #PBKSvMI”.

The video has garnered over 1.7 lakh views so far, and a ton of comments from mesmerised Instagram users.

“It sounds like mogambo ghuseya,” said an Instagram user with a laughing emoji. “Really m bht khush hua,” said another. “He is so cute,” said another user.

Chris Gayle has been the number three batsman for PBKS in the Indian Premier Leaue (IPL) 2021 and has scored 119 runs with a top score of 43* in five matches. 

PBKS have won two of their first five matches in the season so far, and they stand fifth in the table. They won their opening match against Rajasthan Royals and their fifth match against the defending champions Mumbai Indians.
