The San Francisco 49ers vs Seattle Seahawks wildcard game at the Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara is expected to witness rain. The match kicked off in dry conditions but showers are projected to play a part, affecting the passing game.

As per the National Weather Service, the San Francisco vs Seattle game will witness rain. The wind will also make conditions difficult for the offenses. Ten to 13 mph winds are expected at Levi’s Stadium, with gusts as high as 28 mph.

Kicking and passing takes a hit in windy conditions. The Seahawks vs 49ers over/under has dropped from 44.5 to 42 ahead of Saturday afternoon’s wild-card game.

Brock Purdy’s San Francisco has heavily banked on the services of wide receiver Deebo Samuel and tight end George Kittle all through the season. The former has scored 140.40 fantasy points this season aided by 632 receving yards for two touchdowns. 

Kittle caught 4-of-6 targets for two touchdowns in the 49ers’ Week 18 game against the Arizona Cardinals. He finished with seven TDs in final four regular season games.

The tight end scored 170.50 fantasy points with the help of 765 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns. Both their games will take a hit if rain plays a major factor in the game. Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf have played key roles in Seattle reaching post-season. 

However, Saturday’s game should see top running backs Christian McCaffery, Kenneth Walker lead their respective teams.

Purdy, in the first quarter, got it down to McCaffrey who has a lane direct to the end zone. The Niners took an early 10-0 lead in the game.
