DeAndre Hopkins, three-time All-Pro receiver, returned to the Arizona Cardinals lineup after missing six games of the season after violating the NFL’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs. Against the New Orleans Saints, the Arizona wide receiver, rostered 95% on Yahoo, received nine of his 13 targets for 99 yards.

Hopkins, in 2020, courted controversey when he said he will not take the COVID-19 vaccination. The WR explained that he is against vaccination because of the after-effects it had on his girlfriend Breanna Young’s brother.

“My girlfriend brother in the military got the vaccine and had heart problems right after. When you stand for something they hate you!” the player said.

Who is Breanna Young, NFL star DeAndre Hopkins’ girlfriend?

Breanna Young has been in a relationship with DeAndre Hopkins for more than a year now. The two were first spotted in May 2021. She shared pictures of the couple on her Instagram story.

Earlier this year, Hopkins and Young were spotted in Mexico, celebrating the NFL player’s birthday.

Young is based in Texas. She had a huge following on Instagram but recently deleted her account. She was also in a relationship with former NFL wide receiver Josh Stewart.

Stewart and Young have a child together.

Apart from being a social media influencer, Young is also a licensed pilot and flies charter planes.

Hopkins had reponded to the positive drug test result in a statement posted on Twitter.

“In my 10-year NFL career, I have never tested positive for using performance-enhancing drugs. To learn that my November test came back with trace elements of a banned substance, I was confused and shocked. I am very mindful of what I put it in my body and have always taken a holistic approach, so I am working with my team to investigate how this could’ve happened. But even as careful as I have been, clearly I wasn’t careful enough. For that, I apologize to Cardinals fans, my teammates, and the entire Cardinals organization. I never want to let my team down,” he said.

“I fully intend to get to the bottom of this. As soon as I have more information I will share it.”
