Former President Donald Trump arrived at Fulton County Jail to surrender in the 2020 Georgia election case, on August 24.

As he prepares to face his fourth indictment, this time in Fulton County, Georgia, the legal fights of former president Donald Trump have taken a startling new turn. The accusations are related to his alleged involvement in campaigns to have the state’s 2020 election results overturned. 

As his much-awaited surrender is near many people are wondering when Fulton County, Georgia would disclose Trump’s mugshot as the legal process progresses. With numerous important details emerging, this high-profile case has sparked significant curiosity and speculative activity.

Trump agreed earlier this week to post a $200,000 bond and follow additional release requirements, which include not using social media to attack co-defendants and witnesses engaged in the case.

Protesters protesting District Attorney Fani Willis, who had prosecuted Trump and 18 other people in the election subversion case, could be heard outside the jail. “Lock Fani up!” were the chants of the former president’s supporters.

This former president has now surrendered himself to local or federal authorities four times this year as a result of the filing of criminal charges against him, a string of events that have never occurred in the United States prior to 2023. In June, Trump turned himself in at a Miami federal courthouse to face charges in special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the improper handling of secret documents. In April, Trump was arrested in New York on state charges relating to a hush money plot.
