Nothing can
stop MTV Video Music Awards, not even the pandemic. You read that right!

Although, the
producers have made major adjustments, they are still planning to pack the
night full of celebrity appearances and performances from major artists.

According to
ETonline, another major change is that the show has been moved from Brooklyn’s
Barclays Center to various outdoor performances around NYC with
“limited or no audience.

BTS will be
making their VMA debut performance with their new single ‘Dynamite’, while
Miley Cyrus will be seen performing on ‘Midnight Sky’. Lady Gaga and Ariana
Grande will be collaborating to sing ‘Rain on Me’.

That’s not
all, fans will get to watch their
favourite Black Eyed Peas, The Weeknd, Da Baby, Doja Cat, CNCO, and Maluma
perform.

The VMA Awards will be
hosted by Bebe Rexha, Bella Hadid, Drew Barrymore, Jaden Smith, Kelly Clarkson,
Machine Gun Kelly, and more.

According to MTV, the
event will pay tribute frontline medical workers, “who kept everyone going
with their impromptu and off-the-cuff performances.”

The 2020 MTV VMAs will air on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at
8pm EST on MTV.
