Gisele Bundchen is a Brazilian supermodel who has officially filed for divorce along with Tom Brady, the NFL star quarterback with Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Social media is already abuzz with what the financial arrangement between the former power couple would be once the divorce is finalised.

Bundchen and Brady had a fight on September 1 over the footballer’s decision to come out of retirement and rejoin the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Bundchen had since left their Florida home and travelled to Costa Rica.

Bundchen had earlier said publicly that since their February 2009 marriage, Brady’s sole focus has been his career, while she took care of their three children, two with her and one from his ex-girlfriend. The fact that Brady’s decision to retire lasted only six weeks did not sit well with Bundchen. Before dating Brady, she dated Leonardo DiCaprio from 2000 to 2005.

Son Benjamin, born in 2009, and daughter Vivian Lake, born in 2012, are Bundchen’s two children with Brady. Jack, born in 2005, is Brady’s son from his ex-girlfriend, Bridget Moynahan.

Bundchen is one of the world’s highest-paid models since 2001 and has been a Victoria’s Secret’s Angel. In 2007, she was the 16th richest woman in the entertainment industry, while in 2012, Forbes ranked her at the top in the list of world’s highest-paid models.
