Two teens aged 13 and 15 were arrested by Louisville Metro Police for a  fatal shooting in Southland Park.

The shooting incident happened on Saturday night at 9 pm, according to the police. The 6700 block of Strawberry Lane, west of the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport and close to Southside Drive, was reportedly the scene of the incident.

The officials from the Louisville Metro Police Department have made arrests in relation to the incident. According to their statement, a 13-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy have reportedly been detained.

After getting information about the shooting. Police officials rushed to the scene, where they found a man with a gunshot wound. The man was immediately rushed to the hospital where he succumbed to the wounds.

The 13-year-old girl involved in the incident handed herself to the police on Sunday afternoon. The girl has been charged with one count of negligible homicide. The 15-year-old boy is accused of tampering with tangible evidence and underage pistol possession in this case.

LMPD spokesperson Alicia Smiley in a statement said more information in the case can not be disclosed as both the accused are juveniles.

Meanwhile, another shooting incident has been reported on Sunday morning at a Giant Eagle supermarket in Cleveland. According to media reports, two people have been reported dead as a result of the shooting. The shooting incident was reported before 10 a.m. on Sunday morning.

The two people have been identified as Bernard Smith, a 60-year-old resident of Cleveland, and Susan Peterson, a 63-year-old employee from Olmsted Township.

According to a statement from North Olmsted Police Chief Bob Wagner, the situation is being actively looked into as a murder-suicide. Bernard Smith and Susan Peterson were previously married, although they were no longer together at the time of the fatal event.
