A massive fire broke out in San Saba, Texas engulfing what seems to be a building, as confirmed by media reports. Firemen are battling enormous fires along US Highway 190. The fire is now burning near to a propane gas business and across the highway from the Chase Pecan firm.

Several clips of the incident have been surfacing on social media.

In the recent update, an enormous fire that had started along U.S. Highway 190 in San Saba was successfully brought under control by firefighters by Thursday afternoon.

Around two o’clock, the incident was reported, with flames engulfing the area next to the Heart of Texas Propane business and across the highway from the Chase Pecan company. As per media reports, the firemen had successfully put out the fire by 3:30 p.m.

However, the cause of the fire has not been revealed yet. This year US is experiencing a lot fires throughout the country. As per a report from KCRA, the start of the current wildfire season in the United States is the least active it has been in at least the last ten years.

According to data from the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC), only 731,382 acres had been burned by flames as of July 10.

This amount compares with the 2,591,523 acres that make up the 10-year average prior to July 10th. Last year at this time, a sizeable 4,845,027 acres had already perished to fire.

The existence of higher amounts of precipitation and snowfall in significant locations throughout the first part of the year, according to Nick Nauslar, a meteorologist associated with NIFC, is what’s responsible for this subdued start.
