Where and how to watch Zack Snyder’s Justice League in India?
- In India, several platforms will be streaming the film
- A huge internet campaign from fans eventually succeeded in getting the Snyder Cut made
- Director Zack Snyder had to step down from directing 2017 film 'Justice League' over personal reasons
In what might turn out to be a major cause of celebration for fans of both DC Comics and DC cinematic universe, Zack Snyder’s Justice League, a long-awaited rework of the Justice League, is all set to hit the screens on March 18.
The Justice League (2017) got fairly poor reviews all over the board, clear both from fan reaction, scores on the internet and critics alike. With a mixed review, the film visibly missed Snyder’s touches as he had to step away from the sets before direction began due to personal reasons.
What appeared on the big screens at the time did not suit the DC fandom, as a massive internet campaign ensued in following months, and even years, to get Snyder to direct the film.
And he did.
While holding up a lot of expectations, releasing or streaming of the film outside the US is an issue, as HBO Max, the primary streaming platform on which the flick is set to stream, is not available in many countries.
Where to watch the film?
In India, the movie will be available on several online platforms, such as BookMyShow stream, Apple TV, Google Play, Hungama Play and Tata Sky.
On BookMyShow stream, it will be available for pre-booking for Rs 149 and buying for Rs 649.
The other platforms mentioned above have not so far announced their charging plans.
How to register for the streaming?
The BookMyShow stream will require registration in advance. Viewers will be able to watch it as it launches globally on Thursday, March 18 at 12:30 pm IST. One would need to download the movie to stream it.
