Who is Anthony Carrigan?

In four seasons of HBO’s Barry, Carrigan has produced some of the show’s best work. His portrayal as NoHo Hank, the upbeat Chechen mafia boss who teams up with Barry Berkman, the hitman-turned-actor played by co-creator and star Bill Hader, has made him the subject of numerous memes. The actor’s other well-known roles include those in Fox’s Gotham and Kevin Hart’s Fatherhood, a Netflix original movie.

Carrigan has a distinctive appearance from alopecia areata, which has caused him to frequently be typecast as a villain. He portrayed a sinister robot in Bill and Ted Face the Music, a murderer who was possessed in The Undying, and two different DC Comics bad guys: The Mist on The Flash and Gotham City serial killer Victor Zsasz. He will soon be seen with Josh Gad and Evan Rachel Wood in Adulthood.
