Who is Joshua Riviera?

Joshua Riviera is 38 years old. He is accused by the authorities of reckless driving, aggravated assault by motor vehicle, and other offenses.

The crash happened on Thursday at around 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Dutchtown Road and Sugar Creek Drive. The young person was evacuated to Allegheny General Hospital while riding an e-bike.

Sadly, on Sunday afternoon, 10th grader Aiden Lutz passed away from his wounds. According to a letter from Butler Area Superintendent Brian J. White, Jr., he was the son of Northwest Elementary teacher Tara Lutz.
