Kyler Murray is a quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals in the National Football League in the United States of America.

Murray was selected first overall by the Cardinals in the 2019 NFL Draft.

He was also selected by the Oakland Athletics in the 2018 MLB Draft, making him the first person ever to be picked in the first round of both the NFL and MLB drafts.

Before being picked, Murray played college football for the Texas A&M Aggies and Oklahoma Sooners. He also played as an outfielder for the Oklahoma Sooners baseball team.

The Cardinals quarterback was named Rookie of the Year in 2019 and was selected to his first Pro Bowl in 2020.

Murray has been impressive from the get-go.

In his first two NFL seasons, he had 7,500+ passing yards, 45+ touchdown passes and 15+ touchdown runs, making him the first player in NFL history to do so, while having the most completions (724) through the first two seasons of the league historically.

Murray is hot property when it comes to having him on your fantasy team.

So far in the 2021 season, the Cardinals quarterback has 1,512 passing yards, 110 rushing yards, 13 total touchdowns, four interceptions and 68.4 Total QBR, making him a crucial component of the Cardinals squad who makes life tough for opposing defense on a regular basis.

Murray’s ability to escape the pocket and quick throws helped the Cardinals get a 5-0 start this season, their best since 1974. 

Murray is the third player in the league’s history with 1,500 passing yards and a 75% completion percentage in the first five games of a season, plus he has his team leading the NFC West.

He is clearly gunning for the MVP honors this season.
