The Wiz Khalifa performance at Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville abruptly ended around 10:30 p.m. Friday. Fans fled from the venue, shouting about a possible shooting.

A Noblesville Police spokesman told IndyStar late Friday he had no information about what happened. No shots were heard or seen from the audience section. However, thousands of fans fled from the main entrace and jumped closed gates and scaled wire fences.

As per Indystar, the music was stopped mid-performance and Khalifa and his band were taken off the stage. Some people were seen making phone calls in the Ruoff Music Center parking lot.

A Twitter user who attended the concert said: “Was in Indy for the wiz Khalifa logic concert and apparently shots were fired we all scrambled out of there. Ambulances rolled in. Don’t know what the fuck is going on. #WizKhalifa #logic #indy #Ruoff #Livenation”

“No more concerts for me. 💯 (They didn’t Check none of us!) I just had to run for my fuckn life at the Wiz Khalifa concert. Mfas was shooting. 🙏🏽 Thank God he was with me,” another one added.

“Holy fuck we were at the wiz khalifa concert tonight and allegedly a shooting happened. Seeing people crying and screaming is really a scary sight. Taylor, brad, Brad’s girlfriend, and I are all safe but god damn what a fucking sad world we live in. I hope it’s not real. ❤️” a third one tweeted. 

Police vehicles and an ambulance were seen in the rear parking lots.

Rory Appleton, a reporter with the IndyStar, tweeted: “People were screaming about shooting. We all ran out… climbed fences, did anything to get out.”

“I am out. I did not see or hear any shots. I was up front stage left, and the running seemed to come from the lawn stage right. A lot of young kids at this show. People running out into the corn fields and calling home as we all ran out of the employee entrance,” Appleton continued.
