A woman was arrested by University of Kentucky police after she attempted to enter the home of Kentucky men’s basketball coach John Calipari’s home.

Campus police were alerted about the alleged trespassing Tuesday, the Associated Press reported.

Both UK campus police and Lexington city police were called to Calipari’s house following the incident. Police from both the agencies took the woman into custody outside the gate of the home.

UK Police Chief Joe Monroe said that the woman, whose name has not been made public, is facing charges of trespassing and theft. She is also facing six counts of theft of credit cards from around the country.

They clarified that the woman was not looking for Calipari or his family and that her charges are not related to them.

In a statement, police said that the woman was looking for someone who wasn’t at Calipari’s house. The theft incidents for which the wiman was facing charges was not related to the basketball coach.

Calipari is entering his 14th season at Kentucky, having spearheaded the program to a national championship in 2012, six SEC tournament championships, six regular season SEC titles and four NCAA Final Four appearances during his tenure.

The three-time Naismith College Coach of the Year has a 768-239 career college coaching record, which also includes stints at UMass (1988-96) and Memphis (2000-09).

Calipari was also the head coach of the then-New Jersey Nets from 1996-99.
