After trailing by double digits for two quarters of Week 13’s Monday Night Football game against his arch-rivals, the New Orleans Saints, the 45-year-old provided a 14-point comeback victory for his side with the final score at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa being 17-16.
Brady has been regarded as the master of comebacks and holds the record for the most fourth-quarter comebacks and game-winning drives. In his career, Brady has led 43 Fourth quarter comebacks and 55 game-winning drives, both league records.
In the playoffs, the QB takes his plays to a whole other level. He has led 9 fourth-quarter comebacks and 14 game-winning drives till now.

1) Against Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI
Playing in his fifth Super Bowl, Brady’s New Engalnd Patriots side trailed 28-3 during the third quarter which prompted an inspired play by the player. By the end of the fourth quarter, the Patriots tied the game 28-28. In overtime, RB James White ran for one yard to complete the greatest comeback in NFL history and win the game 34-28. This is regarded as the greatest comeback win of his career.
2) Against Buffalo Bills in Week 1 of 2009 season
The Patriots trailed the Bills by a score of 24-13 with five minutes remaining in the game as they entered the fourth quarter with a deficit of 17-10. The Patriots won 25-24 thanks to two touchdown passes from Brady to TE Ben Watson.
3) Against New York Giants in Week 17 of 2007 season
The Patriots were trailing by 12 points at the halfway point of this Week 17 game for their undefeated regular season, 2017. The Giants put up a valiant fight, but a 65-yard touchdown pass from Tom Brady to Randy Moss and a Laurence Maroney score sealed their fate. The final score after the game was 38-35.

4) Against Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2018 AFC Championship Game
Jacksonville was up 17-10 in the final quarter when Brady decided to take over the game. He along with WR Danny Amendola single-handedly won the game with a score of 24-20.
Amendola ended with two Td catches in seven receptions for 84 yards while Brady passed for 290 yards and two TDs.
5) Against Baltimore Ravens in 2015
In a -7 degree celsius game at the Gillette Stadium, Ravens suffered a close 35-31 loss in the AFC Divisional Round game. With three TDs with an interception after completing his 33 passes in 50 attempts for 367 yards, Brady led his team to a victory.
