Carolina Panthers wide receiver Robbie Anderson and coach Joe Dailey were seen arguing on the sideline during their week 6 clash against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.
Watch:
The incident happened at the beginning of the fourth quarter when the Panthers were trailing 17-10.
Matthew Stafford had passed short right to tight end Tyler Higbee at the Rams ‘ 46-yard line for seven yards but Panthers’ cornerback Cory Littleton was injured during the play which prompted the team to take a timeout.

Robbie Anderson then indulged in a verbal spat with wide receivers coach Dailey getting very close to him and only went away when the team’s WR Rashard Higgins came in between the two.
Following multiple arguments with different members of the coaching staff, he was kicked out of the game by interim Head Coach Steve Wilks.
Anderson had also requested a trade in the midst of an emotional breakdown, said Barstool Sports.
Anderson has previously been in the middle of controversies as well. He was charged with driving at 105 MPH in a 45 MPH zone when he was part of the New York Jets.
He had also expressed his frustrations on social media when the Panthers acquired current QB Baker Mayfield, who Anderson thought was not the right person for the job, later retracting it by mentioning that his response was more about protecting his current quarterback, Sam Darnold, and being a “good teammate.”
