North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is back in news and this time for his weight loss. After being away from the public eye for over a month, Kim Jong Un was photographed by the local media on June 5. The pictures have since gone viral with people noting that the 37-year-old leader appears to have lost a significant amount of weight.
And the evidence is Kim Jong Un‘s watch. An analysis published by NK News said that the watch appeared to have been fastened tighter around the wrist.
The watch that everyone is talking about is IWC Portofino Automatic, which costs $12,000 (INR 876,844). Made in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, the watch is automatic with 18 ct 5N gold case. Its diameter is 40.0 mm.
Reports stated that Kim weighed an estimated 140 kilograms (309 pounds) in November 2020.
