Sagarika Shona is an actor, who in February this year had hinted that the husband of a prominent Bollywood actor was involved in the making of pornographic films.

Actor Shilpa Shetty%u2019s husband and businessman Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai police on Monday. While the businessman has denied all charges against him, the Mumbai police say Kundra %u201Cappears to be the key conspirator%u201D in a case regarding making of pornographic films.

On Tuesday, the 45-year-old was sent to police custody till July 23.

Shona had also alleged that she had been approached to audition for a web series via video call where there were three people and they demanded that she audition nude.

In a video, posted by Zee5, Suman is heard vociferously demanding that authorities take steps to suspend websites that publish pornographic content.

On Kundra’s arrest, Mumbai police commissioner Hemant Nagrale issued a statement on Monday that read: %u201CThere was a case registered with Crime Branch Mumbai in February 2021 about the creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some Apps. We%u2019ve arrested Mr Raj Kundra in this case on 19/7/21 as he appears to be the key conspirator of this.%u201D
