‘House of Gucci’s official Twitter account released character posters for Lady Gaga and Adam Driver-starrer ‘House of Gucci’ on Thursday. The posters featured characters played by Gaga, Adam Driver, Al Pacino, Jeremy Irons and Jared Leto.
The Gaga poster was accompanied by a tweet that read “Stasera”, meaning tonight.
‘House of Gucci’ is inspired by the shocking true story of the family empire behind the Italian fashion house of Gucci, according to the press release.

The synopsis of the film further says, “Spanning three decades of love, betrayal, decadence, revenge and ultimately murder, we see what a name means, what it’s worth and how far a family will go for control.”
Directed by Ridley Scott, ‘House of Gucci’ revolves around the Gucci fashion house head Maurizio Gucci and his ex-wife Reggiani. It follows the aftermath of his murder by a hitman hired by his wife in 1995.

“Gucci is collaborating with MGM and Scott Free Productions by providing access to the house’s historical archive for wardrobe and props,” Gucci president and chief executive officer Marco Bizzarri confirmed to WWD.
However, he went on to clarify that the family is now no longer associated with the brand.
The highly-anticipated film was shot in Italy. With the release of the posters, the hype has doubled and social media users are stunned by Jared Leto’s unrecognisable look. Sporting a purple suit and prosthetic headpiece with a grey receding hairline, he looks eerily similar to his character.
House of Gucci is slated to release on November 24.
