Baron provided the Twitter CEO with some ideas and tricks on how to successfully channel his emotions – encouraging him to switch up his present method of expressing his feelings.

Among Baron’s advice were phrases like, “Be BORING!” or “Get an ice cream cone. Just don’t use Twitter.” Musk was defending himself against a cave rescue diver’s defamation claim at the time the email was sent.
