Mahendra Singh Dhoni, former Indian cricket team captain and a legend of the sport, celebrated his 41st birthday in a close-circle party in England. The two-time world champion looked dashing as ever in his black camouflage jacket. Dhoni’s wife Sakshi uploaded a video on her Instagram account wishing her husband a happy birthday. MS is all smiles as he cuts the cake in the one-minute-video.

Indian wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant also made it to Chennai’s Thala’s birthday bash. The 24-year-old charismatic southpaw was the only member of the current Indian team to be spotted at the party. Rishabh has shown his admiration for MS Dhoni multiple times in the past as he calls his former skipper his ‘cricket guru’.

Fans poured their love and best wishes on the former India world cup winning captain on social media. MS Dhoni is on a vacation with his wife Sakshi in England. The Indian-cricket mega star was one of the guests of honour at Wimbledon on Wednesday. Dhoni and Sakshi are also celebrating their 12th anniversary week. The couple tied the knot on July 4, 2010.

MS Dhoni’s announcement of his comeback to Chepauk for another IPL season during the last match of IPL 2021 was celebrated by his fans. The three-time ICC title winning captain is considered one of the world’s finest wicket-keeper batters and one of the most decorated cricketers to ever play the game. He has three ICC titles and four IPL trophies as captain. MS Dhoni is the only regular wicket-keeper batter from India to score over 15,000 international runs.

MS made his India debut in 2004 and went on to win two world cups for India, one in the T20 format and the other in ODIs. The Ranchi-born Padma Bhushan awardee rendered his services in 538 international matches to two international sides, India and Asia XI. MS Dhoni was appointed mentor of the Indian cricket team in the ICC T20 World Cup last year.
