Singer Adele on Thursday announced the postponement of her Las Vegas residency, just a day before it was set to kick off at the Colosseum of Caesars Palace Hotel. Here’s how you could get ticket refunds if we’re booked to attend.

According to Ticket Master, the tickets will be valid for the new date. People can also locate their tickets by signing in to their online accounts.

“If your event is eligible for a refund or credit, those options will be visible within the Event Details of your order,” the site said.

In an Instagram post on Thursday, the 33-year-old singer said that the show has been postponed indefinitely due to COVID-related production delays.

In a video shared on Instagram, the singer broke down, saying, “I’m so sorry, but my show ain’t ready.”

Speaking from her hotel room, said, “We’ve tried absolutely everything we can to put it together in time and for it to be good enough for you, but we’ve been absolutely destroyed by delivery delays and Covid. Half my crew and team are [ill] with Covid and still are, and it’s been impossible to finish the show. I’m gutted — I’m sorry it’s so last minute, we’ve been awake for over 30 hours trying to figure it out and we’ve run out of time. I’m so upset and I’m really embarrassed and so sorry to everyone that traveled to get [to the show]. I’m really, really sorry.”
